Furthermore featured in this new image drop appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and includes a legend identifying different areas of the estate.
In addition to this are what look to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, including plans for marina coverings.
